Having developed a long time passion since early age, Serge will follow this passion and turn it into his current profession, becoming a well-known chef in the world of gastronomy. He is a "Disciple d'Escoffier", active member of the "33 Maitres queues", and won many other titles and awards.
Serge and his wife Melle, left Belgium to find a better life, far away from the stress, in nature, bidding farewell to silverware, crystal and a load of paper work for a regional cuisine at down-to-earth prices.
Menus are offered at 18 euros, 25 euros, and 30 euros. Kids menus are also available!
Serge changes his menu every week during the off-season and daily during the high season. Menus can be specially written for weddings, communions, birthdays, and seminars and for many other occasions.
